Future Science Group rebrands Therapy journal as Clinical Practice

9th January 2012

Future Science Group is renaming its medical journal Therapy to Clinical Practice as part of a relaunch of the publication.

The journal, which is published by the Future Medicine imprint, is being rebranded in 2012 with a fresh look and new content, better reflecting the needs of readers and its revised focus on key issues and controversies in modern medicine.

In the past eight years, Therapy has gained a solid readership as a general medical title, but the new-look Clinical Practice will be more targeted at offering relevant information to busy practitioners at a glance.

Editors-in-chief Gregory Lip, Samy McFarlane and James Larkin are responsible for driving the new direction, with pledges having been made that the journal's high editorial standards will be maintained.

Elisa Manzotti, editorial director of Future Science Group, said it will "provide a platform for expert opinion, commentary and debate across the full spectrum of modern medicine in the coming years".

Last month, the publisher announced that its Epigenomics and Expert Review of Clinical Pharmacology titles have been accepted for coverage by the Medline database for the first time.ADNFCR-8000103-ID-801259073-ADNFCR
