GlaxoSmithKline to launch new Sensodyne ad campaign

28th June 2013

GlaxoSmithKline has announced plans to launch a new Sensodyne advertising campaign this August in order to promote Sensodyne Complete Protection, the latest addition to its highly valuable range.

The marketing push will run through to the end of the year and will include press, TV, online and in-store activity. GlaxoSmithKline is spending three million pounds on the campaign in order to raise awareness of the new product among consumers, reports Chemist and Druggist.

Sensodyne Complete Protection has been designed to provide seven different benefits, including mineral protection of sensitive teeth, strengthening of enamel, fresh breath and plaque control.

The new adverts will be targeted at shoppers who wish to benefit from a product that offers all of the advantages of a daily toothpaste, while still accounting for their sensitivity.

GlaxoSmithKline's Sensodyne brand has been valued at 52 million pounds and comprises a selection of toothpastes, mouthwashes and toothbrushes that have been specifically formulated for people with sensitive teeth.ADNFCR-8000103-ID-801606076-ADNFCR
