Golin hired by animal health service provider Vets Now

Golin has been handed a new brief by Vets Now, a provider of animal health services that is seeking to evolve its business strategy.

Founded in 2001, Vets Now is the UK's leading provider of dedicated out-of-hours emergency and critical care service for pets, partnering with more than 1,000 veterinary practices across the UK.

The client is keen to transition from a purely business-to-business operating model to a more consumer-facing approach by raising awareness of the brand as a trusted and valued service among pet owners within the UK.

Golin's strong understanding of the brand and target audience, as well as the ideas it presented during the pitching process, were cited as key reasons why it was selected for this brief.
