Hanover Health appoints new PR leadership team members

Hanover Health has appointed two senior communications specialists to its PR leadership team.

Alex Davies has been appointed as an associate director, joining the agency from Tonic Life Communications, where he led UK media relations and international product communications accounts, with a specialism in oncology and neurology.

Prior to this, he held senior corporate communications roles at AstraZeneca and the BBC, and led the campaigns and digital engagement team at the Royal College of Nursing.

Meanwhile, Emma Gorton has been named as a senior account director, having most recently spent more than five years at Ogilvy Healthworld working on global product communications and behaviour change initiatives for leading pharmaceutical clients.

The two new appointees will form a new-look leadership team alongside Sarah Ghabina, who moved to Hanover from the NHS Confederation as an account director towards the end of last year.
