Harvard announces restructuring and new leadership appointments
Harvard has announced a series of changes to its agency structure, while reshuffling its leadership team to capitalise on its recent rapid growth.
The Chime-owned agency has promoted Louie St Claire to the role of group managing director, taking responsibility for its PR, marketing and digital engagement divisions, as well as the Chime Technology business.
Meanwhile, Ellie Thompson has been promoted to managing director of Harvard's PR and AR division, heading a 35-member team, to carry out work for clients such as Fujitsu, Ricoh Europe, Lloyd's of London, Sennheiser and Linn.
Pete Marcus will become Harvard's group planning director within a brand new planning team, while Phil Szomszor and Gareth Clark join the group board, in addition to their roles running its digital engagement and marketing divisions, respectively.
Finally, Hannah Williams will join the agency in March to head up the Chime Technology division. She currently leads the technology practice at 3 Monkeys Zeno.
Mr St Claire said: "Clients increasingly ask us for communications without boundaries – work that aligns with, and helps them achieve, their business objectives. But to do that we need specialist knowledge and full-service capabilities. That's why we've restructured our agency around those needs."
