Hayward Medical Communications adds three new team members

Hayward Medical Communications has announced the addition of a handful of new members to its growing team in Newmarket.

Paul Thomas has been appointed as the agency's new business director, joining from Aegate, a company focused on the digital authentication of medicines. Prior to this, he worked as an NHS commercial director and as head of northern UK diabetes sales at Novo Nordisk.

Meanwhile, Alice Pinion has been hired as an account associate, leveraging her pharmaceutical industry experience accrued in various sales representative roles, as well as during her time serving as director of scientific recruitment at Exco Scientific.

Mehraj Ahmed has also been named as an account associate, taking up the role not long after finishing a degree in biochemistry at King's College London.

Hayward's sales and marketing director Sarah Strachan said: "Our staff not only excel in their own specific area of expertise, but come to Hayward with a little bit extra, whether that's an interesting CV and background, or being well-travelled with a lot of life experience."

The agency also recently took on Vicki Hornsey as a business administration apprentice.
