Healthcare PR veterans form new agency Wethepeople
A number of healthcare PR sector veterans have allied to launch Wethepeople, a new agency that uses neuroscience insights to develop innovative communication strategies.
The consultancy has been founded by Michel Dubery, Patrick Norrie and John Perkins, and aims to pay more attention to the way people talk and think to deliver campaigns with the best chance of being noticed and acted upon.
Mr Dubery, formerly the head of the European commercial division at inVentiv Health, European managing director at Grey Healthcare and the European chief strategy officer at DDB Health, will serve as the new agency's chief executive officer and strategy lead.
Meanwhile, Mr Norrie – who also worked at inVentiv and Grey Healthcare as an executive creative director – will become creative lead, while digital and design strategist Joseph Hoyle, the former managing director of Rapp, will lead brand experience and design.
Mr Dubery said: "We are working to bring humanity back into the way we develop communications by using our understanding of why people behave the way they do in the world."
The agency will offer a full range of marketing and communications services, including brand and campaign strategy, story and message development, and advice on local rollouts.
