Henry Schein named among world’s most ethical companies

Henry Schein has been recognised as one of the world's most ethical companies by the Ethisphere Institute for the seventh consecutive year.

The company was the only honouree in the healthcare products industry, with the accolade underlining Henry Schein's ongoing commitment to business integrity and prioritising ethical corporate practices.

A total of 135 companies were recognised in this year's listing, spanning 23 countries and 57 industries. Record levels stakeholders and community involvement were seen in 2018, with businesses increasingly committed to measuring and improving culture, and furthering values such as transparency, diversity and inclusion.

Stanley Bergman, chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Henry Schein, said the accolade "reinforces our commitment to fulfilling our responsibilities as a corporate citizen by giving back to the professions and communities we serve".

This latest award once again underlines the strong efforts Henry Schein has continued to make towards maintaining high ethical standards since its foundation in 1932.
