Henry Schein named among world’s most ethical companies

Henry Schein has been chosen as one of the most ethical companies in the world by the Ethisphere Institute, a global leader in monitoring and recognising ethical business practices.

The firm has been selected for World's Most Ethical Company status for the sixth consecutive year and was the only honouree in the healthcare products category for 2017.

Ethisphere has been handing out these honours for 11 years to companies that show a commitment to driving positive societal change and a consideration of the impact of their actions on employees, investors, customers and stakeholders.

Scores are generated by measuring metrics such as ethics and compliance programmes; corporate citizenship and responsibility efforts; governance issues; corporate ethics; and achievements in leadership, innovation and reputation.

Henry Schein's recognition in six consecutive years of this programme underline its longstanding commitment to corporate social responsibility, in line with its guiding principle of "doing well by doing good".
