Heraeus Kulzer earns industry recognition for seven products

Heraeus Kulzer has been presented with awards and commendations for a number of its products by The Dental Advisor.

The publication has given its 2014 Top Product Award to four offerings from Heraeus Kulzer. The iBond Total Etch bonding system was named top fifth-generation bonding agent, while iBond Self Etch was selected as the best seventh-generation agent.

Meanwhile, Venus White Pro was lauded as the top take-home whitening product, with the top dynamic mixer award handed to the Flexitime Dynamix material mixing unit.

Additionally, the Venus Pearl composite, Gluma Desensitizer PowerGel and Flexitime Fast and Scan impression material were named as preferred products by the practising dental consultants who voted on the awards.

Matt Mulherin, Heraeus Kulzer's director of marketing, said: "When you consider the tens of thousands of professional dental products competing in the marketplace, it is extremely gratifying to have seven of our innovations singled out for these prestigious honours."

Heraeus Kulzer is owned by Mitsui Chemicals, having been purchased from German-based precious metal and technology company Heraeus Holding last year.
