Hill and Knowlton Strategies appoints new technology director

Hill and Knowlton Strategies has appointed Robert Roessler from MHP Communications as associate director within its London technology team.

Mr Roessler has left MHP after a five-year stint to take up the new role at Hill and Knowlton, where he will help to drive new business and support existing technology clients such as Intel, Wipro, NetApp and Informatica.

He will leverage his established pan-European experience to expand the agency's offer in this field. During his career, he has worked with numerous technology companies in the financial services industry, providing strategic advice across mobile banking, payments, trading platforms and asset management.

Steve Loynes, managing director of Hill and Knowlton Strategies, said: "Robert's in-depth knowledge of the technology and fintech industries brings extra strength and depth to the team, while his multilingual skills complements our European work."

The company also launched a new graduate recruitment scheme this week, which aims to provide promising young PR professionals with the opportunity to work for and learn from the agency.
