Hill-Rom wins award for quality of services

20th July 2010

Hill-Rom has been presented with an award by one of its healthcare sector partners in recognition of the quality of the services it offers.

The medical technology firm was one of six companies chosen from the US-based Premier healthcare alliance’s 800 suppliers to win the Polaris award, honouring Hill-Rom’s dedication to improved clinical and financial outcomes.

Among the attributes for which Hill-Rom won praise was the quality of its customer service initiatives, as well as its “outstanding” contract management abilities.

Susan Schuette, vice-president for national accounts at Hill-Rom, stated that it was an honour to be recognised by hospitals for the service it has delivered.

She added: “Our focus is on providing solutions that help our customers meet their goals and in the end, enhance outcomes for both patients and caregivers.”

Last week, Hill-Rom announced that Martha Goldberg Aronson and Perry Stuckey have been appointed to executive roles at the company, which they will assume on August 2nd 2010.
