Hopscotch Consulting wins brief with National Autistic Society
Hopscotch Consulting has won a new retained brief with the National Autistic Society (NAS) following a non-competitive pitch.
The agency was asked by the charity to present strategy and ideas for the brief after impressing the client with its past work. It has now been called in to work on the MyWorld campaign, which offers support materials to the education sector.
Hopscotch will strive to position MyWorld as the go-to resource for school and nursery staff looking for autism support, with a brief that includes devising creative ideas and a marketing plan, as well as advertising and social media campaigns, reports PRWeek.
The ultimate aim of this is to increase the number of teachers and education professionals on the NAS database by 200 percent. Hopscotch was selected for the brief based on its experience with engaging schools and producing campaign ideas.
Chrystyna Chymera, marketing manager at the NAS, said: "Autism training is not currently mandatory for teachers and 43 percent of young people with autism in England feel teachers don't know enough about the condition."
