Hotwire to absorb sister agency CorporateEdge

30th September 2014

Hotwire has announced that branding and digital agency CorporateEdge has officially become part of its business.

CorporateEdge is a former Hotwire sister agency and has been based out of Hotwire's London office for the past year. The two companies have been working closely together for some time, creating campaigns for the likes of Hotels.com and Currency Cloud, reports Gorkana.

Following the takeover, CorporateEdge will continue to operate as part of the London team but with a new international remit, working with clients such as Richemont, JTI and Telstra Global. The teamwork between the agencies will also increase.

As part of this integration, CorporateEdge has named Matthew Hinshelwood as its new managing director, reporting to Hotwire UK group managing director Alex Maclaverty.

Hotwire chief executive officer Brendon Craigie said: "Their expertise in branding and digital platforms are a great fit with our ambition to offer game-changing communications campaigns."

This comes in the same week that Hotwire was named global technology agency of the year by The Holmes Report.ADNFCR-8000103-ID-801751608-ADNFCR
