Hume Brophy launches healthcare PR practice

Hume Brophy has announced the launch of a dedicated specialist healthcare PR and investor relations practice to meet the growing communication needs of healthcare companies.

The new division will be headed by managing director Mary Clark, who has joined the agency after most recently serving as head of life sciences at M: Communications.

She has also previously been employed by companies such as Capital MSL, Thomson Reuters and BTG and can boast more than 20 years of experience in advising healthcare companies on strategic corporate and financial communications matters.

Meanwhile, Hollie Vile – also formerly of M: Communications and Capital MSL – has been appointed by Hume Brophy as an account director for the new team.

Ms Clark said: "Our ten-strong international healthcare specialist team is now able to combine global industry knowledge and expertise in PR and investor relations with our skills in the government and EU regulatory affairs spaces."
