Immunodiagnostic Systems appoints new leadership team members

Immunodiagnostic Systems has announced the appointment of two new members of its corporate leadership team.

Dr Karim Tabiti has joined the life science company as head of strategic marketing, having most recently served for over 15 years at Roche Applied Science in a number of management and strategic marketing positions of increasing responsibility.

Meanwhile, Nicola Trewin has been appointed as group HR manager, joining the firm from Geotechnical Engineering and Marine Survey and bringing more than 15 years’ experience of working for fast-paced customer-focused manufacturing organisations to the role.

Patrik Dahlen, chief executive officer of Immunodiagnostic Systems, said: "I am confident that their experience, advice and leadership will be invaluable as the company seeks to cement its position as a leading developer of specialist assays in small to medium?sized niche markets."

This comes after the company announced a partnership with SMARTBioLabs in November 2012 to provide new testing services available to the research community using the IDS-iSYS automated immunoassay system.
