Integrated Medhealth Communication to acquire Script Medical Writing
Integrated Medhealth Communication is expanding its North American business with the acquisition of Script Medical Writing, which is based in Toronto.
Established in 1998, Script has provided medical content spanning multiple therapy areas, including peer-reviewed journals and abstracts, posters and presentations for international congress, reports PMLiVE.
Through this acquisition, Integrated Medhealth Communication seeks to bolster its scientific writing expertise and talent, as well as gaining access to a significant number of new pharmaceutical and biotech clients.
Overall, it will allow the independent medical comms agency to expand the capabilities and services it provides to clients, helping them to achieve greater success with their brands and communication programmes.
Shairose Ebrahim, founder and chief executive officer of Integrated Medhealth Communication, said: "This acquisition is a testament to our unprecedented growth and success in the North American market and will strengthen our position as a leader in scientific communications globally."
Founded in 2006, the agency employs 35 members staff across five divisions within offices in central London.
