IPG Mediabrands launches new healthcare agency Healix
IPG Mediabrands has announced the launch of Healix, a new global division focused on life science and healthcare brands.
The new agency will work with IPG Mediabrands' existing healthcare clients, offering specialised expertise and support in fields such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and nutraceuticals.
On launch, Healix will have offices in New York and Princeton, with affiliates in the Europe, Middle East and Africa and Asia-Pacific regions. Jeffrey Erb has been appointed as North American president and overall leader of the business.
Mr Erb has helped establish five companies across the advertising, entertainment, healthcare and marketing sectors, having formerly worked as senior vice-president and managing director at Alliance Life Sciences prior to joining IPG Mediabrands.
Healix will directly collaborate with IPG Mediabrands' specialist business units – including Society, Reprise, Ansible and Cadreon – to optimise its client offerings and solutions.
