Ipsen names two new members of executive leadership team

Ipsen has announced the appointment of Dr Ivana Magovcevic-Liebisch and Regis Mulot to key positions within its executive leadership team.

Dr Magovcevic-Liebisch has been named as the company's new executive vice-president and chief business officer, joining Ipsen from Axcella Health, where she served as chief strategy and corporate development officer.

She will bring 20 years of senior management experience in biopharmaceuticals to her new role, as well as expertise in corporate partnering, mergers and acquisitions, pipeline and product portfolio development, and legal and IP strategy.

Meanwhile, Mr Mulot has been hired as Ipsen's executive vice-president and chief human resources officer, having previously occupied the same role with Staples. He has a proven track record in leading talent development, strategic planning and cultural excellence across various industries.

David Meek, Ipsen's chief executive officer, said: "I am delighted to welcome these two highly talented leaders to our executive team; both Ivana and Regis will play pivotal roles in the next phase of Ipsen's transformation."
