Ivoclar Vivadent donates funds to Haiti

29th January 2010

Ivoclar Vivadent announced that it has offered financial assistance to the survivors of the Haiti earthquake.

The firm has pledged to donate a total of 300,000 Swiss franks (176,800 pounds) to a fund-raising campaign organised by the Red Cross in the principality of Liechtenstein.

It stated that it is glad to be able to support this project, especially considering the level of help that Haiti requires at the present time.

President of the supervisory board Christoph Zeller commented: “We would like to show our sympathy for the victims of this devastating humanitarian disaster and hope that our donation will be able to provide at least some relief.”

Earlier this month, Ivoclar Vivadent announced the launch of its latest dental products, ExciTE F and ExciTE F DSC.

ExciTE F is used in clinical cases where the exposure to the light is ensured, whereas ExciTE F DSC is recommended for use by the firm in incidences where light can not be accessed.
