Ivoclar Vivadent launches new Stratos articulator accessories

Ivoclar Vivadent has announced the launch of a new range of accessories for its Stratos articulator portfolio to provide greater customisation options.

An adjustable anterior guidance plate and a purpose-designed curved incisal pin have been added to the range and are compatible with the Stratos 300 articulator, as well as for all the other articulators in the Stratos line-up.

The customisable anterior guidance plate allows angle values to be individually set in a highly precise manner, with locking screws allowing the movable components to be reliably secured and metal surfaces providing a high-quality anodised finish.

Meanwhile, the curved incisal pin can be used in conjunction with this plate to allow for the continuous raising or lowering of the articulator, with the height displayed on a millimetre scale to aid precision.

As such, it can greatly improve accuracy in the fitting and individual design of restorations, ultimately providing better patient outcomes.
