Ivoclar Vivadent launches OptraSculpt Next Generation modelling instrument

Ivoclar Vivadent has announced the launch of OptraSculpt Next Generation, the successor to and replacement for its established OptraSculpt modelling instrument.

Available for the posterior tooth region, the new instrument complements the proven OptraSculpt Pad for the anterior tooth area, and will be available with ball, point and chisel attachment options.

This allows sophisticated anatomical tooth structures to be professionally crafted, with the instrument offering an ideal angle of incidence for the posterior tooth region, ensuring that all areas are easy to reach.

A hygienic dispenser box is also included for easy removal of the attachments, ensuring maximum versatility and ease of use.

Ivoclar Vivadent said: "Crafting modern and high-quality composite fillings is a challenge. Among other factors, it has a decisive influence on the long-term treatment success."

This follows the launch of a number of new Ivoclar Vivadent products last month, including the new SR Vivodent S DCL anterior moulds, the Bluephase Style 20i curing light, the Viteo titanium base and four new PrograMill milling machines.
