Ivoclar Vivadent optimises website for mobile devices

Ivoclar Vivadent has strengthened its online brand presence through the launch of a redesigned corporate website that is optimised for mobile browsing.

The dental manufacturer's homepage now offers a mobile version that opens automatically when viewing the page on a smartphone or tablet, allowing for easier navigation on the smaller screen.

All of the same content and functions of the main site will be retained, allowing visitors to access user guidance, find information relevant to dentists and dental technicians or search the database of Ivoclar Vivadent products.

In addition, the new site provides an aesthetically pleasing and clearly arranged visual design.

The company explained: "An increasing number of people access the internet via mobile phone or tablet PC to obtain the information they require independent of their respective location."

This comes after Ivoclar Vivadent recently launched a mobile application version of its Cementation Navigation System dental software, for use on iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch devices.
