Ivoclar Vivadent to host talk on SEMCD impressions in London in October

Ivoclar Vivadent has announced that it will be hosting a talk on suction-based denture impressions in London this October.

World-renowned removables expert Dr Jiro Abe will deliver a course on his suction-effective mandibular complete denture (SEMCD) impression technique at the Natural History Museum on October 24th, following the success of a similar event last year.

The course will include in-depth clinical and technical explanations of the procedure, including details on advanced and difficult-to-treat cases, as well as live clinical demonstrations of a new technique for achieving suction and stability on a lower denture.

Dr Abe is keen to see his method gain wider traction among global audiences and has written a complete guide to the process, which will also be discussed on the day.
