Just Health Communications acquired by Havas Health

Just Health Communications has announced that it is to be acquired by Havas Health, a global PR network with more than 60 offices in 50 countries.

Following the takeover, the London-based agency will work alongside fellow Havas Health group members Havas Life, Health4Brands and Havas Lynx, collaborating on global health and wellness campaigns.

Just Health co-founders Jennie Talman and Emma Crozier will join the leadership team that oversees the Havas PR Global Collective, with the agency's senior team, led by managing director Kirsty Mearns, continuing to manage business.

The move will help the Havas group to expand its brand footprint in global markets. Headquartered in Paris, it employs 16,000 people in 120 countries.

Ms Talman said: "We are looking forward to working with the Havas Health network and collaborating to provide an integrated service to clients across the world."

Just Health has seen considerable growth and success in recent times, having opened new office on Great Suffolk Street in London earlier this year, in addition to its existing headquarters in Putney.
