Kaizo appoints tech journalist as head of editorial

20th March 2017

Kaizo has announced the appointment of Adam Hartley as the agency's first dedicated head of editorial.

The experienced industry journalist has been appointed to the role as Kaizo seeks to improve its content offering, reflecting growing demand among clients to broaden their comms approach with content-led programmes.

An NCTJ-trained journalist and experienced PR consultant, Mr Hartley is the former launch news editor of TechRadar, one of Europe's leading technology websites, and has contributed to publications including Flipside, Gizmodo and T3.

He will bring an extensive knowledge and deep understanding of print, digital and mobile publishing and marcomms to the new role.

Rhodri Harries, managing director of Kaizo, said: "Adam's expertise in building editorial-led programmes across multiple channels is what clients are increasingly needing help with as we move away from a traditional PR model. We are excited to have him on board."

The agency currently provides content-oriented programmes for clients such as Brocade, CA Technologies, D-Link, Dunkin Donuts and Coffee and Health.
