Kaizo, Ogilvy PR and Havas Worldwide Siren hired by Brocade

25th February 2016

US-based networking firm Brocade has hired three agencies as part of a reorganisation of its communication strategy in key global markets.

Kaizo will be responsible for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, while Havas will work in the Asia-Pacific market and Ogilvy PR will take charge of US comms, PRWeek reports.

A key aspect of Kaizo's pitch was a pledge to place Brocade at the heart of the technology sector's New IP project, which aims to encourage a shift to a more open and innovative approach, and away from closed proprietary networks.

Abigail Watts, corporate comms manager at Brocade in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, commented: "We were looking for a partner who really understood the business implications of the New IP and what it delivers beyond the usual 'speeds and feeds' approach."

She praised Kaizo for demonstrating "a clear understanding of this", as well as creative ideas for campaigns that position the New IP paradigm as a game-changer.

Brocade employs about 4,700 people at over 60 offices around the world and generates annual revenues of more than £1.4 billion.ADNFCR-8000103-ID-801813399-ADNFCR
