Karmarama wins brief with breast cancer charity CoppaFeel
Karmarama has been handed a creative advertising account by the breast cancer awareness charity CoppaFeel.
The agency succeeds AIS as the charity's PR partner and will be tasked with developing a multichannel brand campaign spanning the out-of-home, social media and experiential fields, reports Campaign.
Founded by 28-year old Kristin Hallenga and her twin sister Maren, the charity's goal is to encourage a target audience of 18 to 35-year-olds to check their breasts more regularly for signs of cancer.
Its past initiatives have included university awareness events, festival stalls, online social media campaigns and a Check 'Em Tuesday promotion with national newspaper The Sun.
Caitlin Ryan, group executive creative director of Karmarama, said: "It is an enormous privilege to work with the inspirational Kris and her organisation, which is brave and authentic in everything they do."
The agency has experience of working with a number of high-profile companies and brands, including BT, Sony, Honda, Plusnet, Costa and BBC Radio 1.
