Kimal to attend early 2013 Dubai and London conferences

Kimal has announced that it will be attending a pair of forthcoming industry conferences in order to showcase its latest product innovations.

Representatives of the medical technology firm will travel to the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre from January 28th to 31st 2013, where it will present its cardiology, radiology, renal care, oncology, nutrition, critical care and haematology offerings.

Presentations will include introductions to its new standard and high pressure central venous catheters, dubbed Altius and Altius Ultra.

Following this, Kimal will attend the UK's Advanced Cardiovascular Intervention conference, to be held at London's Hilton Metropole Hotel from February 23rd to 25th.

During this event, the company will showcase Celt ACD, its femoral artery closure device that is able to achieve haemostasis in three simple steps, while causing minimal patient discomfort.

It was announced last month that more than 500 femoral closure procedures have been carried out with Celt ACD to date, with the 500th carried out by the German vascular surgeon Dr Arne Schwindt.
