Kimberly-Clark appoints new chief information officer
Kimberly-Clark has announced the appointment of Jennifer Sepull as its new chief information officer (CIO) and vice-president of IT services.
Ms Sepull is an experienced manager who joins the company from her previous role as vice-president and CIO of the information systems division of Honda's North American branch, as well as serving on the firm's global information systems management board.
Prior to her spell with the automotive manufacturer, she undertook a number of entrepreneurial ventures and was subsequently employed by IBM as a principal for its automotive consulting services practice.
She has extensive expertise in communications and building strong relationships internationally, which will be of great benefit to Kimberly-Clark.
Mark Buthman, senior vice-president and chief financial officer of Kimberly-Clark, said: "I believe Jennifer's engaging style, combined with her leadership experiences, will be a great fit as we continue to build talent and transformative capabilities in our organisation."
This comes after the firm appointed Nancy Loewe as its chief strategy officer and treasurer in November 2012.
