Knowlton associate director leaves for new role

23rd November 2009

Hill & Knowlton is saying goodbye to associate director Tamsin Tierney, who is set to take up a new senior role at Just Health PR.

The former Red Door Communications, Cohn & Wolfe and Ketchum employee will become the healthcare agency’s first appointment at director level since 2006, PR Week reports.

According to the publication, Just Health PR has taken on six new consultants this year and now employs 24 people.

Joint managing director Emma Crozier said that the agency had enjoyed “considerable organic growth from existing clients this year”.

Eleanor Craven joined Just Health PR from Chandler Chicco Agency earlier this year and the firm has also recently acquired Joanna Williams, another former Hill & Knowlton employee.

Ms Tierney was a senior associate director at Hill & Knowlton for three years, with responsibility for both UK and international accounts.

Last month, the agency won the Novartis Animal Health UK account following a three-way pitch.
