LanesHealth to conduct new marketing push for Olbas Oil
LanesHealth is to re-launch its decongestant product Olbas Oil in a bid to improve its prominence in the consumer healthcare market.
The pharmacy supplier is introducing redesigned packaging for the product in order to allow it to stand out more on shelves, as well as emphasising its pure plant oil-based formulation, reports Chemist and Druggist.
This rebranding will be accompanied by a new television advertising campaign costing 1.3 million pounds that will air on a number of UK channels.
According to LanesHealth, the new marketing initiative will target "busy modern women" and highlight the advantages that Olbas Oil can deliver to family users.
The firm added that this will position the product as an aid to recuperation and relaxation, helping to "keep [consumers] and their families on their feet when feeling under the weather".
In addition to Olbas Oil, the Olbas product range includes lozenges, pastilles, vaporiser and inhaler-based formulations.
