Langland expands US presence with New York office launch

Langland has announced the opening of its newest office in New York, with operations set to get underway at the end of the month.

The healthcare comms agency has launched the new office to expand its presence and capabilities in the key US market, with Kate Spencer – Langland's managing partner – set to lead its US operations.

It will be located at One Penn Plaza at the corporate headquarters of Publicis Health, which acquired Langland towards the end of last year.

A full range of integrated global communications services will be provided by the new office, delivering creative solutions in clinical trial patient recruitment, corporate communications, prescription medicine and consumer health advertising.

The company's extensive experience in clinical trial patient recruitment will be particularly crucial, as the US is one of the most active regions in the world in terms of conducting clinical trials.

Langland's chief executive Philip Chin said: "We look forward to establishing new long-lasting client relationships in the US and to building more value for clients who have already entrusted us with their business."
