Langland leads nominations for 2013 Global Awards

Langland has announced that it has accrued a total of 32 individual nominations ahead of the forthcoming Global Awards in New York.

The agency has been shortlisted more times than any other company, with entries crossing all channels with recognition in a wide variety of categories. Langland will be hoping to scoop the top agency of the year prize for the third consecutive year.

This year, the event will be held on November 15th, with creative director Andrew Spurgeon having attended the final round of judging. The show is seen as a regular international creative marker for Langland.

Mr Spurgeon said: "Ideas will always be of paramount importance, but now more than ever we are seeing the impact high levels of craft can have in separating those ideas from the clutter of the competition."

This comes after the agency was presented with the Craft award for film and animation at the 2013 PM Society Digital Media Awards last month, in recognition of work it carried out on behalf of Idis.
