Langland wins big at IPA Best of Health Awards
Langland has earned a haul of almost 30 prizes at the recent IPA Best of Health Awards for 2013, which took place in London last week.
The agency took home the prestigious best of show award in the healthcare professional category in recognition of its campaign for the multiple sclerosis therapy Sativex, created on behalf of Bayer HealthCare.
Langland's creative director Andrew Spurgeon said: "Winning best of show was made even more satisfying this year because more agencies here and overseas are pushing for better work and the quality of that work is definitely lifting."
In addition, the firm earned 27 individual awards, including ten silvers, one gold and the best use of photography prize, while staff members Mark Evans and Whitney Andrews earned a win and a commendation respectively in the Young Talent Awards category.
This comes after Langland swept the board at the PM Society Advertising Awards earlier this year, earning a total of seven wins and ten commendations.
