Lewis wins brief with diabetes management firm Dexcom
Lewis has been hired to help raise brand awareness of the diabetes management solutions provider Dexcom.
The agency has been appointed by Dexcom to deliver a four-month PR project, delivering the client's message to patients through a multi-market project led by Lewis' UK team, working with offices in Germany, Sweden, Switzerland and the Netherlands.
The aim of this media-led campaign will be to position Dexcom as an innovator driving revolutionary change to patients managing their diabetes, leveraging Lewis' experience in medtech, regional spread and healthcare insight.
Dexcom develops, manufactures and distributes state-of-the-art continuous glucose monitoring systems across Europe. Its technology uses a sensor that sits just below the skin's surface to transmit real-time glucose levels to mobile applications via Bluetooth.
Having recently opened a new European head office earlier this month in Edinburgh, Dexcom's appointment of Lewis will help to accelerate the progress of its growth plans for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
