Lida to launch new fundraising campaigns for Alzheimer’s Society
Lida has been hired by mental health charity the Alzheimer's Society to support its direct and digital fundraising initiatives.
The agency has been tasked with creating a series of campaigns that will help to increase the charity's acquisition of new supporters, as well as increasing the profile of its mass participation events.
Following a competitive pitch process managed by Freestyle Marketing, the firm will work alongside the charity to improve participation in initiatives such as its Memory Walks, which take place every autumn.
The Alzheimer's Society selected Lida for the brief in recognition of its strong digital reputation and experience in developing and delivering effective strategic campaigns.
Matthew Heath, chairman and chief strategy officer of Lida, said: "At Lida we're confident that we will deliver a deep customer engagement strategy that in turn will help improve the lives of people with dementia."
The direct marketing agency has experience of working with a number of similar organisations, such as Tourettes Action and the Miscarriage Association.
