Lonza launches QC Insider Toolbox online portal

Lonza has announced the launch of a new online portal called the QC Insider Toolbox, providing expert online support for bacterial endotoxins testing.

The portal offers comprehensive support tools, training resources and a library of information to guide quality control professionals through the complete endotoxin testing process.

It is organised into three areas – QC Insider Support, QC Insider Training and QC Insider Library – to facilitate navigation, with the tool set to be available to any internet-connected device at any time.

QC Insider Support provides one-on-one guidance and information on software, recertification and testing services, installation and maintenance, and workflow optimisation, while QC Insider Training contains self-directed training resources and how-to videos.

The QC Insider Library, meanwhile, consists of technical resources, such as package inserts, quick guides and technical tips.

Katrin Hoeck, head of marketing analysis and testing at Lonza Bioscience Solutions, said: "All of the tools in the new QC Insider Toolbox have been compiled to provide the endotoxin testing support needed to keep QC processes on track."
