Lucid launches new offices and mobile working policy

Lucid has announced the addition of two new offices to its growing network, in addition to a revamped mobile working policy.

The agency is complementing its existing premises in Buckinghamshire and Chiswick with new offices in Macclesfield and central London, which have already begun operating and are enjoying early success.

Jan Steele, co-founder and chief operating officer of Lucid, said: "These offices provide greater flexibility and personal choice for existing employees and allow us to attract new talent from a wider geography."

Additionally, the new mobile working policy means that the agency's staff will be able to request ad hoc, regular or permanent mobile working arrangements, while hot-desking has also been introduced across all of Lucid's locations.

This new approach to working has been made possible by the evolution of technology offering access to information from any location, and will help to provide the agency's staff with greater flexibility and convenience, while maintaining productivity.
