Lucid opens two new offices and appoints operations and facilities head

Lucid has announced the opening of two new offices in the UK, as well as appointing a new member of its HR department.

The opening of the new premises in Macclesfield and Farringdon, London brings the total number of Lucid offices in the UK to four, in addition to its US site in New York. Each of these workspaces are designed to be light and airy, while also supporting staff who wish to work flexibly.

Additionally, Isabel Smith has been appointed to act as the company's head of operations and facilities, a hire that follows a period of exponential expansion for the group over the last ten years.

In this new role, she will work to streamline and improve facilities services across the entire network, while also taking steps to ensure employees can request ad hoc, regular or permanent mobile working arrangements, and benefit from hot-desking options across all locations. 

Ms Smith said: "The new sites in Farringdon and Macclesfield were established to meet the needs of our growing organisation; they house new Lucid teams, as well as facilitating our commitment to our new agile working policy."
