Martin Harris elected to Colgate Board of Directors

Colgate Palmolive Company has announced that Martin Harris, chief information officer and chairman of the information technology division of The Cleveland Clinic Foundation, has been elected to Colgate's Board of Directors. 

Additionally, Delano E. Lewis, who served as a director from 1991 to 1999 and again since 2001, will retire from the Board effective May 6th, 2016 at the end of his current term.

Dr Harris brings extensive leadership experience and expertise in the healthcare and information technology fields to Colgate's board. He has held his current role since 1996 and is also a staff physician for The Cleveland Clinic Hospital and The Cleveland Clinic Foundation Department of General Internal Medicine. In addition, he has also served as executive director of e-Cleveland Clinic, a series of e-health clinical programs offered over the internet, since 2000.
