Martindale Pharma highlights Saudi Arabian growth plans
Martindale Pharma has highlighted a number of key business developments that will aid its ongoing growth plans in Saudi Arabia, an increasingly important market for the British firm.
The company has signed a new distribution agreement with its longstanding partner Faisal Musaed El Seif Saudi Pharmaceutical, which is one of the leading healthcare distributors in the region.
Additionally, Martindale has received marketing authorisations for six products in Saudi Arabia and has been awarded multiple products on the SGH 38 tender for supply to Ministry of Health hospitals in Saudi Arabia and hospitals in UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman.
This aligns with the company's strategy to expand its international business, while actively supporting the further growth of its emergency care and hospital-initiated medicines product range in Saudi Arabia.
Michael Harris, chief executive officer of Martindale Pharma, said: "We are committed to working with Faisal Musaed El Seif Saudi Pharmaceutical Co and our other partners in this region to continue to make our products more widely available."
It comes after the firm re-launched its methadone oral solution product in Scandinavia last month.
