Mawdsleys becomes sole distributor of Ranbaxy contracted products

Mawdsleys has announced that it has now become the sole distributor for all Ranbaxy contracted products into the hospital sector.

Effective as of May 1st, the full range of Ranbaxy products have become available through Mawdsleys' website, allowing visitors to benefit from online ordering, as well as the ability to see invoices, contract prices and stock availability.

Other key advantages of Mawdsleys' service include a lack of minimum order levels and the provision of daily deliveries from local depots.

Prior to this, hospitals purchased Ranbaxy products directly from the manufacturer. To ensure continuity of supply, all products will continue to be available from Ranbaxy until the end of May.

This new agreement will help to strengthen Mawdsley's position as the leading independent pharmaceutical supplier, providing more than 100,000 specialty medicines to customers worldwide. It works with more than 500 manufacturers, sourcing from and selling across six continents.
