Mettler Toledo launches new conductivity sensors

18th November 2008

Mettler Toledo has introduced a new range of lab conductivity sensors, the company has announced.

A whole range is being replaced by the second generation InLab sensors, which have improved measuring performance and handling to enhance the accuracy of conductivity measurements.

People in scientific sales jobs may be interested in the new high-precision InLab 741 and 742 models which have been redesigned in stainless steel and have an extended temperature range of up to 100 degrees C. They are specifically geared towards use with ultra pure water and meet the requirements of the United States and European Pharmacopoeia, the company said.

The general purpose 731 and 738 sensors have a new tip design to minimise sample carryover and are easier to clean and rinse – and can be used in a range of industries and sample types.

Mettler Toledo recently announced the release of new guidelines for Good Weighing Practice, focusing on improving the control of weighing processes. ADNFCR-1050-ID-18881055-ADNFCR
