Micromeritics introduces new product support plans
Micromeritics has launched a new range of instrument maintenance programmes with a variety of levels of product support and response times.
Designed to eliminate service issues before they arise, the software options will minimise costs for product owners, control maintenance costs, lengthen tool life and provide updates for both software and hardware for its US customers, the company asserts.
The plan, with a choice of five levels of product support and two tiers of response times, is already available on Micromeritics’ TriStar Surface Area and Elzone Particle Size analysers and the firm has stated that it plans to cover its entire range as well as expanding the scheme globally.
Scheme options are set to include discounts on accessories, 24/7 telephone support, software and hardware updates, 48-hour response time and classroom training, the firm asserts.
Earlier this year, Micromeritics announced the launch of its ASAP 2420 Micropore Accelerated Surface Area and Porosimetry System.
