Millipore re-branding ’emphasises expanded partnerships and capabilities’

Millipore has unveiled a new visual identity and brand initiative, it has been reported.

A new corporate tagline has also been developed by the firm which it states also reiterates the new brand ethos: "Advancing Life Science Together – Research. Development. Production."

Chairman, president and chief executive of Millipore Martin Madaus commented that the company is "passionate" about working together with customers to tackle human health issues and that the firm is confident that its new look will create greater global awareness of the its capabilities.

Simultaneously, the firm announced a $500,000 (£250,650) donation through the Millipore Foundation to the Harvard Stem Cell Institute.

A new website will be launched by the company later this year including a search engine and additional features, according to the firm.

It was reported last month that Millipore announced the expansion of a deal with Novo Nordisk to supply the biopharmaceutical market with recombinant human insulin.
