MRM wins new brief with VocaLink

MRM has been handed a new PR brief from VocaLink, an international payment systems provider.

The company has been appointed as VocaLink's retained PR agency and has been tasked with handling a range of traditional and social media initiatives designed to help raise the profile of the business and its senior team.

MRM founding director Richard Wheat will head up the account, alongside associate director Jenny Crossland, senior consultant Mark Gee and digital consultant Stephen James. They will work closely with Deborah Souter, VocaLink's head of external communications.

VocaLink has appointed MRM based on its experience in the financial services space. It is hoping to expand its profile at a time when the payments market is undergoing significant change.

Mr Wheat said: "VocaLink is an exciting business which is recognised as being at the forefront of designing, building and operating world-class payment systems."
