MSD Animal Health launches Nobivac Global Vet Exchange Programme
MSD Animal Health is to give ten veterinarians the opportunity to visit clinics in other countries and share their knowledge and experience through the launch of a new programme.
The Nobivac Global Vet Exchange Programme will see professionals from China, Japan, the Netherlands, the UK and the US visiting each other's clinics to experience working in a different environment and culture.
Participants will share their experiences through blog entries and videos on a centralised campaign website, thus ensuring that the lessons and ideas the staff glean will be accessible to a global audience online.
Netherlands-based Dr Roeland Wessels, who will help launch the programme with a visit to a clinic in Japan this month, said: "The Global Vet Exchange Programme will allow veterinarians like me to discover, compare and contrast the way I work in my own country and practice."
The scheme will also help to promote the company's Nobivac brand, a vaccine to help prevent against distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, infection and parainfluenza infection.
