Nalco to put in appearance at global renewable conference

Nalco has announced that a figure from its ranks will put in an appearance at the forthcoming Barclays Capital Global Renewables Conference.

The firm’s executive vice-president and head of Europe, Africa and the Middle East David Thomas is set to address analysts and investors during the first day of the convergence.

To be held between September 17th and 18th in Zurich, Switzerland, the conference will see professionals from the scientific and investment communities gather and examine current issues in the industry.

Mr Thomas’ presentation will be available for viewing via webcast on the firm’s investor relations section and will remain on the site for up to 90 days after the event.

In other Nalco news, the company featured on the Dow Jones Sustainability World Index for the second consecutive year, it revealed last week.

Among the products it was commended for was its 3D TRASAR(r) cooling technology, which it says helped to save almost 63 billion gallons of water last year .
