New healthcare agency Spoken Brand Narratives launches
Spoken Brand Narratives, a new healthcare PR agency, has launched this month with the aim of delivering a new strategic approach for its clients.
Founded by industry veteran Bruce Ritchie, the company's approach focuses on working directly with healthcare professionals around the world to build brand narratives as the basis for promotional campaigns, reports PMLiVE.
It runs workshops on issues such as brand narrative development, portfolio selling, brand positioning, preparing for competition and developing multi-channel tactical plans.
The team has already accrued experience on a number of successful projects, including improving the sales of a diabetes brand, raising awareness of an orphan drug and driving change in a rare disease category using insight from patient and doctors.
Mr Ritchie, who serves as managing director of the new agency, said: "Pharmaceutical brands are much more complex these days and it's the selling story and not an advert that drives adoption."
The Spoken Brand Narratives boss was most recently employed by Sudley and Hennessey, while he has also previously worked for Jango, Chiron, Novartis, Merck KGaA and Lilly.
